Hi.

I think its high time, in light of future discussions on DG List on Today's
Politics
it would be fair play to dress, to draw out the map of the territory of
geocommunication:

that's just a first sketch. totally incomplete.


the Earth, by Right belongs to the Empire described by the book (HN)
within it, below, in another epistrata,we have a very big Empire with
Russia,
which the Center Democrats in the US want Trump as President
of USA, to be blamed for secretly sustaining it, or rather "to come to be
originated from it"
which just smiles at Trump raw tampers and  humor, it's the Centrists
rallying slogan about Trump's
supposed lack of taste in communication.
People more on the Left, like Julian Assange, and the Intercept,
but as well people with a tinge of PC in France like France Insoumise,
claim "Independence" from (HN) Empire as written about in book by NH
that is perhaps because they need an audience from this Humanist Pool
which is not exactly matching with the agency of any definitive political
tendency.
So, like Snowden, ( a heavily politicized dude) they take root in Russia .
They feed a Common Monster.
They try to woo, to lure this Monster. By Skype Teleconferences and mailing
lists.
Then we have the Rogues states, like Mexico and Iran and Venezuela.
They drift, rehearsing the Christian Dark Ages or something.
And now I have to wonder about the UE, or EU. They are often counted as
Technocrats.
What is the Reason sustaining their cold Communications?
What is the Part of Dream, when Junker communicated that
Greece was the Country who begot Plato, and you don't put Plato, into such
a second division (soccer terminology): Plato ought to be in First Division
!! :) :)
That was about the time there was this dispute about the Debt. 2015.
and Varoufakis! one guy who saw everything! The impending secret of the
Euro Bank.

Why is a Newspaper like Le Monde so jealous about its Communications, and
do not want to share and repeat the 80"s soundtrack literally ? They fear
people might discover displeasure at the view of a staggering History. they
might discover themselves as an Other, an Actor, a bit like Deleuze in CC.
an Other inside the Actor. an Other Actor, inside the Passive Actor. The
second Actor suddenly, they so fear, might be seen by a new Other Actor,
lurking inside the second one, anon.
Perhaps they fear the critical eye, towards this Dream.
People, crowds, must not realize they are making History Stagger in Europe.

popular in european Dark Ages.

What shall happen next, given this coordinates?

Something Negative in Europe EU ?
or something Positive.
