I am thinking of making an International  Party going at the election, and which would once elected organize new election which would do the election by hasard. People would be selected by chance, and so we would have new President which could be your neighbours or i don't know: whoever would in the Apparatus of Capture be placed by "drawing of lots" as you say in English, by chance. For this people would need to rethink their lives as "Little Hands" and feel an opportunity to think about what kind of world is invisible by the intellect and intuition. We would see by intuition instead than by cold reason.
