in pretrial discussions, the TRIAL JUDGE ---Neil Ross
(I think)---fully disclosed that he too had received
angry postcards from me many years ago---wherein I
called him an "ASSHOLE" and pointed out that he didn't
know jackshit about law. (And I PROVED this when 3 of
his peers ALL agreed that Judge Ross had broken the
law and that I was right and overturned his errors!
OUCH!)

PLEASE COME even if only for an hour during the trial
because the more eyes watching, the more behaved these
super-corrupt Goliaths will be. (The Govt wants me so

THIS MONDAY FEB 6th...

we begin jury selection (which is fun, but the least
meaty section of the trial) for TRIAL # 1 (but ARREST
#2) by his Evil Rich Developer Landlord PAUL STALLINGS
[imagine a more corrupt Bruce Ratner] and the entire
trial should last about 4 or 5 days! (For a year
they've been illegally postponing the trial for ARREST
#1 b/c Bloomberg's Deputy Mayor and 9 other goons must
testify and it's going to hurt Bloomy bad.)

We may or may not get to the juicy OPENING STATEMENTS
Monday Afternoon.

(Jury Selection is a lot of fun. Last time, CXB had
Angelina Jolie's uncle, James Voight, as a juror. He
was great and turns out he wrote both "Wild Thing" and
"Angel Of The Morning" in the '60s!!)

COURT BEGINS at 9:30 am-ish til about 4 or 5 pm
(depending) each day and you can come and go as you
please thruout the day. (Don't come tween 1 and 2:15
pm as that's the lunchbreak.)

YOU MUST PASS THRU METAL DETECTORS, so please leave
your glocks at home! (And ferchrissakes, STEPH
GASKELL, leave the crack pipe at your city desk!)

was City Hall)! [GENIUS!]

(No wonder Crook Morgenthau has been illegally
postponing it for 12 months now!)

ARREST # 2 was by CXB's supercrooked Rich Landlord /
Developer PAUL STALLINGS [who owns the giant Hotel
Rivington and much more];

ARREST #3 was by the New York Observer's BEN SMITH, a
corrupt journalist who printed lies to protect
Bloomberg.

All the charges are for "aggravated harassment" just
like the 18 prior false arrests of CXB by Goliath (of
which CXB kicked their ass 100% of the time)!

THIS TRIAL concerns 21 [!!] SEPARATE harassment

A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THIS TRIAL:

(There are two MORE trials after this one, though I
fear the DA will dump both cases to protect Bloomberg,
because his DEPUTY MAYOR super-liar ED SKYLER has to
testify under oath that he committed Grand Larceny and
stole taxmoney OR ELSE I walk!)

The charges in this trial are totally false.

Rich Powerful Real Estate Developer Paul Stallings and
his staff are the politically-motivated "victims" and
like all of my arrests Goliath claims I threatened
someone's life and "harassed" them!

(FUN FACTS: These charges are so fake that the last
jury cleared me in MINUTES, [Damn!!] and only
deliberated on a technicality for "Violating an order
of protection" when I called City Hall to complain
about another stolen bike of mine, b/c Giuliani
refused to do ANYTHING about crime though you ALL
still believe that Bush is fighting for freedom---ie,
you ALL still believe the hype that Giuliani was a
crime fighter instead of the TRUTH, which is that
Giuliani ran the most corrupt administration in city
history, and did thousands of things to in fact
PROTECT and FOSTER crimes of all sorts, from murder to
rape to graffiti and scratchiti. But society hates
reality as you all see from the Bush Administration.)

(And the judge eventually made it IMPOSSIBLE for the
jury to clear me for making that one phone call about
my stolen bike [!!??!!] and the jury shocked ALL of us
by UNANIMOUSLY telling ALL 3 branches of govt to go
FUCK THEMSELVES---we completely support CXB and do NOT
support your bogus "legal system" or Crook Giuliani.)
(And many of them said they were big fans of Giuliani
up until that point!) (And THEN the media reported
that the most failed police department EVER was "The
Finest". I beat them dozens of times and the Media
says that beating the Finest does not make their
nickname a retarded LIE. Chancellor Hitler said the

THIS CASE is hilariously false and all the physical
evidence proves this arrest and prosecution is
POLITICAL PAYBACK for my making PAUL STALLINGS #22 in
NYPress' "50 MOST LOATHSOME NEW YORKERS" issue. Being
that Paul Stallings' customers are mostly white
college kids and hipsters---my major audience!---he
had to shut me up to protect his bank account because
I've been exposing his endless crimes for years.

EX: he was disbarred as a lawyer!
EX: The Voice gave him Top Ten Worst Landlords In NYC!

EX: he illegally evicted me and 3 roommates using
falsified affadavits and more!
EX: he illegally ripped up Rivington Street in front
of his hotel, stealing over $500,000 from taxpayers!
EX: he's paid hundreds of thousands of dollars in
fines for building crimes!
EX: his construction projects are often illegal and
they do illegal wiring and other dangerous building
code violations!
EX: he built a picket fence to block us from the fire
escape!
EX: he had a convicted criminal kick in our door and
threaten me if I didn't move out! (That guy was the
famous "SpiderMan burglar" - Rufus Graham - who all
the papers were writing about last year!)
EX: He paid his goons to illegally break into our
apartment and steal over $2000 worth of my rare
musical instruments!
EX: he has the highest tenant turnover of any landlord
in NYC because he rips off all his tenants after they
move in! (He raised our rent 100% and cheated many
many laws!)

AND LOTS MORE!
(And if Moby finds out, Paul's afraid it will hurt his
Hipster Hotel Rivington, which was originally planned
with the magazine SURFACE but that deal fell apart.)

But of course, liars can never keep their story
straight, and Paul is pretending he and his staff were
"harassed" by me via phone calls and cartoons!

HOW FAKE ARE THE CHARGES?

EX: the voice mails the jury will hear where I
supposedly "threaten" Paul were made many MONTHS
before I was arrested.

But if YOU were truly afraid for your life when
someone threatened you, would you wait EIGHT MONTHS to
file charges?

And WHEN did he finally have me arrested?

THE SAME WEEK THE NYPRESS STORY CAME OUT EXPOSING HIS
CRIMES!

It's pure ANTI-Genius!

(Even the Special Prosecutor, the super-corrupt DUNCAN
LEVIN, admitted privately that this case is a joke but
that he's being pressured by his superiors!)

(And one of the phone messages the Prosecution has
clearly shows me telling Paul about his upcoming
appearance in the 50 MOST LOATHSOME issue!)

(On one tape I tell Paul to pay me $5,000 and I'll
move out and leave him alone because I'm abandoning
this sinking ship called NYC, asap. The Govt claimed
this was extortion! WHOOPS! I have the legal
stipulation wherein Paul offers me $6,000 if I move
out!!) (They reneged on the deal at the 11th hour.)

YOUR GOVERNMENT NEVER TELLS THE TRUTH.

(And they don't ever need to because the Media
protects them.)

By the end of OPENING STATEMENTS the Jury is going to
wonder why the hell PAUL STALLINGS isn't being
prosecuted by the DA!
