[D-G] labor organizations

it would be a great help to find out why in the world
after 1700 the schizophrens have been moved away from
the cities and the authorities of power could not
understand their wisdom anymore . i guess its a change
of paradigm of civilization. but wait a minute... what
does Michel Foucault said in His His tory of the
Wisdom?
