you are right, I meant self esteeem - after all I am still a german.
In my eeyes yoga, math, and being abkle to be alone for a while
is a pragmatic improvement, of body mind and soul - virtue
as meant by the romans, Spinoza, Nietzsche and Deleuze.
And how had put Deleuze "already done if you do it"
And for your information, maybe I am a little bourgeois
in your eyes but I have strong working class roots.

well alas you talk about bliss, and separating joy from fear, but are you
yourself creating this. you cannot escape the fact that your mails are very
moral, and wish to paternalize, saying, how you'r lacking self pride, and
you confuse pride now with self esteem. your mind is a capharnaum and that's
why your feeble body needs little assurance like maths to
  confort you in your bourgeois lonely schizophrenic spirituality. i am just
