[D-G] Footnote on André Scala in The Fold

Hi there,

I wondered if anybody could help me in tracking down a text by André Scala 
that is mentioned by Deleuze in The Fold in footnote 8 of chapter 3: 'La 
genèse du pli chez Heidegger'. The footnote mentions it as an 'unpublished 
manuscript' and as far I as know it has never been published at all.
